It took me some time to muster up the courage to use it when speaking at public events, but now it’s out in the open. And if we look at it from a scientific perspective, orgasms are mere cocktails of hormones: endorphins make us happy and help relief stress, dopamine is connected to the reward system and recently has been found to influence motivation and oxytocin is also known as the hormone of attachment. Now, isn’t this what we all want – happy, healthy, motivated and loyal employees? Corporate wellness is how organizations make that happen.

Find out what corporate wellness really is.
From aUFO to a blimp
Many companies still look at corporate wellness like it’s a UFO –
Unidentified Formula for Organizations.
And there’s good reason for that. Keeping employees healthy and happy is a challenging, tricky task and the perfect recipe is rarely as quick and painless as we might expect. Mix the right ingredients and you get a “delicious” workplace; throw in the wrong elements and it blows up in your face.
Fortunately, we are slowly, yet surely, leaving the “fresh fruit and foosball table at the office” era and entering the age of emotional intelligence, awareness and healthy leadership… at the office. Just like a blimp, that has no structural framework and no rigid parts, the companies of the future create a strong envelope and then rely on the people in it to make it fly.
If your company was a person, why would he or she get out of bed every morning?
